Roshan Paul has spent his life questioning the status quo, and has built a career around connecting global citizens to solve social problems across boundaries. He Co-founded the Award-Winning Amani Institute, a new model of higher education that develops people who seek careers of meaning and impact, with these values in mind.


Raised in Bangalore, India, Roshan has a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Bachelor's in International Political Economy from Davidson College (a degree he self-designed), and a certificate in Creative Leadership as one of the founding participants of The Amsterdam School for Creative Leadership. He has guest-lectured at over twenty universities in the United States and Europe, including Harvard, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins SAIS, and HEC Business School Paris, and is currently a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council on Behavioral Science.


He delivered the Commencement (graduation) speech at the University of San Diego in May 2015 and a TEDx talk at TEDxAmsterdamEd in April 2016. His writing has been published in Forbes, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, MIT's Innovations Journal, India Today, as well as in the recent book, Dream of a Nation. He is the author of the novel Such a Lot of World.

Dr. Tassos Anastasiades is currently the Director of Ajman Academy and is leading the inititatives toward student learning and preparing for our students 2030.


His previous experience includes serving Principal of Dubai Gem Private School, Director of Quality Assurance at Innoventures Education and headships and school leadership positions in UK, Bahrain, China, Nigeria, Zambia, Malaysia and Cyprus.


He has 35 years of experience in educational leadership has involved monitoring of educational standards, quality assurance, developing bespoke leadership training across schools, preparation for KHDA inspections, monitoring of the quality of teaching and learning, providing professional development across the group and working closely with schools development targets including personalised appraisal systems and school policy development. He has also worked closely with IBO, CIS and OFSTED/ KHDA in ensuring the highest of educational standards, and in particular leading the accreditation/re-accreditation by CIS of all schools. Leadership of progress and attainment tracking with a focus on all students making above expected progress through quality teaching interventions is one of his key targets.


Dr. Anastasiades has a Ph.D., in Biochemistry (Nottingham University,) MA Education (Bath University, MBA Educational Leadership (Leicester University) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship.
Tassos has had many publications which include:

His philosophy is that "as educators and leaders our most important role is to empower students to become independent learners and to develop the skills to navigate in a technology driven, ever changing world. It is effective school leadership that will create leaders which will influence and develop the roadmap for the unpredictable challenges which lie ahead."

Anthony Muhammad is an author and international thought leader. He currently serves as the CEO of New Frontier 21 Consulting, a company dedicated to providing cutting-edge professional development to schools all over the world. He served as a practitioner for nearly twenty years. Dr. Muhammad served as a middle school teacher, assistant principal, middle school principal, and high school principal. His tenure as a practitioner has earned him several awards as both a teacher and a principal.


Dr. Muhammad is recognized as one of the field's leading experts in the areas of school culture and Professional Learning Communities (PLC). His work has allowed him to work with schools in all 50 U.S. States, 10 Canadian provinces, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.


Dr. Muhammad is a best-selling author. He is the author of the books Overcoming the Achievement Gap Trap: Liberating Mindsets to Effect Change (2015); The Will to Lead and the Skill to Teach; Transforming Schools at Every Level (2011); Transforming School Culture: How to Overcome Staff Division (2009); and a contributing author to the book The Collaborative Administrator: Working Together as a Professional Learning Community (2008). He has published 26 articles in education journals and publications in seven different countries.

Dr. Nettikaden is responsible for setting the technology vision and strategy for Esol Education. He oversees the integration of technology into Esol's schools' curricula, with a strong focus on the administration, operations and implementation of technology programs. As part of his mandate, Dr. Nettikaden also explores new, innovative technologies to enhance teaching and learning at all Esol Education schools. He oversees the technology departments at all of Esol's schools, which strive to provide an exceptional user experience to students and teachers, by taking advantage of organizational synergies and the standardization of operational processes.


Prior to joining Esol Education, Dr. Nettikaden was Vice President for Information for a market research company focusing on qualitative research. He was instrumental in providing a common technology services platform and integrated services model for standardizing technology operations at Fieldwork Inc. Prior to this, he has played key roles at leading software companies (Infor and CA), in the implementation of customer relationship management software and web-based technologies.


His educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, MBA from Northern Illinois University and MS in Information Technology from Northwestern University. Apart from spending time with his family, he is passionate about new technologies and understanding the impact of these technologies on the daily lives of people.
