Dr. Norrizan Razali, a strategist in innovative learning for all ages and all walks of life, obtained her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. She now heads the Digital Age Learning section at the Multimedia Development Corporation. In this capacity, she oversees the development and implementation of the on line and customized on demand education entry point project that revolutionizes access to learning opportunities digitally. She has contributed to the development and transformation of education for nearly 20 years and has steered many innovation in education and learning programmes at the national level, regionally and various parts of the world especially, the middle east. She has served as a visiting scholar and expert in institutions based in Korea, Germany, France, England and Scotland. She is actively consulted by local and international bodies for transforming education systems and innovating learning experience for the 21st Century. Her international accolades include the United Nations South-South Cooperation Award and the China Wenhui-UNESCO Award to name a few, for her transformative education programmes.
